Skill Development Institute, Bhubaneswar (SDI-B) is a flagship project of Oil & Gas PSUs established for imparting job skill training to unemployed & underprivileged youth of society to make them job ready. The institute is managed by IndianOil and registered as not-for-profit society.
In this endeavor, SDI-B's five tenets are as under

A fully residential campus with separate hostels for boys and girls, academic block, workshop, recreation block, open-air-theatre, sports ground, faculty block, staff dormitory, auditorium, admin block and guesthouse, equipped with state-of-art facilities like smart classrooms, Wi-Fi access, digital learning platform etc.
