About the committee

SDI-Bhubaneswar is committed to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all women employees, students, and stakeholders. To ensure adherence with the guidelines stipulated by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (Government of India), the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted at SDI-B as per the norms of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.

How do I submit a complaint?▸

What is the timeline for complaint resolution?▸
As per the Act, the ICC is required to complete its inquiry within 90 days from the date of receiving the complaint. The committee will acknowledge your complaint and initiate proceedings promptly.
