I, Santosinee Behera from Jajpur, am a proud alumna of CRM SDI (July 2022 batch). The training, discipline, and industry-oriented exposure I received at SDI helped me secure my first placement at Tech Mahindra, Bhubaneswar, with an in-hand salary of ₹15,000, where I gained strong experience in communication, customer handling, and corporate work culture. Currently, from July 2025, I am working as a Sales Officer at Axis Bank, Baripada, with an in-hand salary of ₹20,000. I am Rohit Kumar Mahapatra from Rayagada, Odisha, and I had the opportunity to complete the Industrial Automation training program at SDI-B. Currently, I am working as a BMS Engineer at Schneider Electric, where I support and streamline operations at the NTT DATA Centre in Noida. I am Ashutosh Khatua, and I completed the CAD–CAE course at SDI, which played a significant role in strengthening my technical expertise and professional capabilities. The training provided hands-on exposure to industry-standard tools such as CATIA, ANSYS, and HyperMesh, along with real-world engineering applications. Through this program, I developed strong skills in 3D modeling, assembly design, meshing, structural analysis, result interpretation, and design optimization.
