Job Roles
The Industrial Automation Specialist (IAS) is responsible for designing, programming, installing, commissioning, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial automation systems used in manufacturing and process industries. The role involves working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), SCADA systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), industrial sensors, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems, industrial communication networks, and Industry 4.0 technologies to automate industrial processes, improve productivity, and ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
